The Scottish Prison Service, Resourcing Team are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our busy team. This is a job share role with the successful candidate working Monday and Tuesday of each week between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00 (2 x 7.5 hour days). The successful candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Resourcing Team ensuring all processes and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
Undertake  a wide range of specific and general administrative duties.
First point of contact for any queries made to the team by email, telephone or in person ensuring theses are dealt with
accordingly.
Required to handle confidential information and follow correct administrative protocols and procedures.
Carry out appropriate level of record keeping/filing to ensure secure storage and maintenance of data.

Qualifications Requirements

Minimum of two National 5 qualifications (or equivalent e.g. Standard Grade level 3) including English and Maths or alternatively be able to demonstrate relevant experience.
