To provide a quality administration service to support the Offender Outcomes Department. This will include administration services and support for:

  • ICM, HDC and RMT processes
  • Organisation and accurate minute taking of Offender Outcomes meetings

 

The post holder may be also be required to provide cover for HDC and other administrative functions

Responsibilities
Provide effective and efficient administrative support for the Risk Management Team (RMT), including requesting and collating necessary reports and production of minutes of RMT meetings within required timescales
Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Integrated Case Management (ICM) co-ordinators, including attendance at Case Conferences and the production of accurate minutes in a standard format within required timescales
Accurately maintain filing systems relating to the areas highlighted above within the Retention and Destruction policy and guidance.
Update prisoner records including Prisoner Record System Database and Share point site.
Provide administrative support for Offender Outcomes Meetings, and other areas as required, including minutes.
Provide administration cover for HDC and other administrative roles as directed by line manager.

A minimum of two National 5 (or equivalent) qualifications including English and Mathematics or relevant experience.
