The post holder will provide support to the Case Management Team and cover when required the Parole and Risk Management Team (RMT) Coordinators. The post holder will also be responsible for the design, maintenance and updating of a number of Offender Outcomes SharePoint sites and pages that will provide up to date management information in an easily read and understood format.
Part-time working pattern will be 3 days per week, starting at 9am with a degree of flexibility
To work alongside the Parole and RMT Coordinators to ensure that all administrative support for the organising of RMT meetings and Tribunals are met in line with current standards.
To carry out monthly audits on all Offender Outcomes compliance performance data and provide a monthly update to the business meeting within the establishment by ensuring that the Offender Outcomes dashboard is kept up to date.
To assist in the compilation of dossiers to the national standard ensuring that all reports are requested and returned on time and providing an update to the Life Liaison Officer highlighting any concerns regarding return times.
To ensure that both the parole tracker and the RMT planning lists are kept up to date and accurately reflect the up to date work position in both areas.
Ensure that all information for RMT is available on the SharePoint site and that all required updates are added to Parole dossiers prior to the tribunal date.
Accurately maintain the Offender Outcomes dashboard and be able to feedback on the data at the monthly Strategic Case Management Board meeting.

5 Standard Grades (including English and Maths/Arithmetic) at Grade 3 or above or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience. ESSENTIAL
Experienced in Case Management Administration. DESIRABLE
Competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages and working knowledge of General IT equipment. ESSENTIAL
