A minimum of 2 Standard Grades, or equivalent, including English and Math/Arithmetic at Grade 3 or above or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience

Competent & experienced in all aspects of administration

Previous experience of financial reconciliations

Competent in the use of Microsoft Packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

Working knowledge of databases and accurate data inputting

Good numeracy skills and compare a range of information

Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and efficiency and be able to prioritise workload to meet organisational and departmental deadlines
