An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations & Reward (ER&R) Administrator to join our HQ team. Responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service, this role will support policy development and HR related project work, including employee recognition, reward, benefits and engagement. Full sponsorship towards CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice is available as part of this role.

Responsibilities

Maintain effective and efficient electronic and paper based filing and data recording systems, ensuring compliance with Records Management Policy, Data Protection Legislation and SPS Guidelines.

Respond to and follow up HR specific enquiries professionally, ensuring accurate and impartial information and advice falls within the confines of the relevant policies and legislation.

Provide an efficient ER&R administration service by organising meetings, circulating documents to attendees in advance, drafting minutes and action logs and tracking progress of actions.

Contribute to the development of an effective ER&R team service through supporting in project and task research for ER&R activities.

Continuous development of personal knowledge and understanding of HR related issues, policies and legislation.

Prepare management information and collate stats on ER&R  related matters.

Qualifications Requirements

5 National Four Qualifications (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience - Essential 

Experience Requirements
Competent and experienced in all aspects of administration - Essential 

Willing to work towards CIPD level 3 certificate in HR Practice if not already held - Desirable

Competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages including, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint as effective business tools.- Essential 

Knowledge Skills Requirements

Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation including Data Protection Legislation, Equality & Diversity Legislation and Employment Legislation and Acts.- Essential 

Well-developed communication skills at all organisational levels, across a range of media. - Essential 

Effective decision making skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet departmental and organisational deadlines.- Essential 

Ability to analyse, interpret and report on a range of information. - Essential
