HR Administration Assistant
providing a comprehensive administration service.
SPS recruitment and selection practice is based on the fundamentals of our Behavioural Competency Framework. This identifies behaviours and standards required both of applicants seeking to join us, and our staff in their respective roles. Assessment of specific behaviours, of which there are twelve, will be determined by the role you are applying for. Whilst it is unlikely you will be assessed on all of them , you will be assessed on these identified as key to role.
Two Standard Grades at Grade 3 or above (including English & Maths/Arithmetic) or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience
ESSENTIAL
Previously worked within a HR environment in a similar role.
DESIRABLE
Achieved the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice, or willing to work towards.
DESIRABLE
Well-developed communication skills at all organisational levels, across a range of media.
ESSENTIAL
Flexible and adaptable approach to work with the ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet departmental and organisational deadlines.
ESSENTIAL
Competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Effective decision making skills and the ability to analyse interpret and report on a range of information.
