Offender Outcomes Administration Assistant
To provide a quality administration service to support the Offender Outcomes Department. This will include administration services and support for:
- ICM, HDC and RMT processes
- Organisation and accurate minute taking of Offender Outcomes meetings
The post holder may be also be required to provide cover for HDC and other administrative functions

A minimum of two National 5 (or equivalent) qualifications including English and Mathematics or relevant experience.

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to plan and effectively prioritise workload to meet departmental and organisational deadlines
