Competencies for Success Framework

To support your application, please refer to the Competencies for Success Framework, or CSF for short, which is the SPS behavioural competency framework. The CSF outlines the behaviours that are essential to support effective performance in all roles within the SPS. Whilst all eight behaviours are critical to support our collective success, during the recruitment process you will be assessed against a maximum of four of the eight essential behaviours outlined in the CSF. Using the CSF alongside the Job Description and Person Specification for the role you are applying for, will help you to understand the behaviours being assessed. Additionally, the CSF is a really useful resource to support you to reflect on and prepare how you can demonstrate these behaviours throughout your evidence during the recruitment and selection process
