Part-Time
Part-time job share arrangement working 5 days on then 5 days off (18.5 hpw). The post holder will work Monday to Thursday 07.30am to 16.00pm and Friday 07.30am to 12.30pm Wk 1 Mon - Wed; Wk 2 Thur - Fri
To provide admin support within the Links Centre, including co-ordination and administration of all Offender Outcomes Processes.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the Links Centre Systems, ensuring records are maintained accurately and reflect activity in the Links Centre. Foster and maintain links with internal and external partnership agencies and provide support as required.
Organise documentation & accurately record updates to support Core Screen process.
Make appropriate Core Screen referrals to internal and external agencies & create and update Community Integration Plans
Communicate information to relevant external and internal agencies and provide advice and guidance to staff and managers on all the Link Centre processes.
Accurately maintain prisoner records including Prisoner Record System (PR2) to provide accurate statistical reports on Core Screen
Co-ordinate appointments and interviews involving prisoners, prison staff and partnership agencies

Qualifications Requirements

2 Standard Grades at Grade 3 or above (including English and Mathematics/Arithmetic or equivalent qualifications or relevant administration experience
