18.5 Per Week. Thursday 08.30-15.30, Friday 08.30-15.30 and Saturday 08.00-12.30 ( Open to Flexability) There will be a requirment to covel annual leave periods.
To ensure the effective and efficient management of all mail items for the establishment in line with SPS policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities
To attend the front of house area in order to collect all mail delivered to the establishment and transport to designated area.
Correctly count, identify and sort all mail into relevant categories ie. confidential, general and damaged. Count and confirm Royal Mail Special and Recorded Delivery Mail.
Complete relevant inventory sheets and maintain accurate records for all mail processes as per standard operating procedures.
Conduct secondary assurance screening of all mail through X- Ray machine.
Distribute correspondence to all areas of the establishment.
