To provide general administrative services for Integrated Case Management (ICM) and MAPPA function in the Case Management Hub within the establishment.
Responsibilities
Organise case conferences with internal and external agencies, prepare all relevant case conference documentation and take minutes of case conferences and file updating.
Accurately maintain filing systems relating to Integrated Case Management process. Adhere to the records retention policy for all relevant documents within ICM, MAPPA and RMT. Record updates to support the ICM process and provide relevant statistics.
Ensure all MAPPA cases relating to pre-release and Parole are referred to the relevant co-ordinator within laid down time scales. Update prisoner records including Prisoner Record System (PR2)
Ensure all MIS stats are collated each month and sent to the Business Improvement Manager.
Complete all administrative duties pertaining to RMT. Schedule RMT meeting on a monthly basis working closely with The Case Management FLM and Deputy Governor.
Keep the Case Management database up to date with relevant information

Qualifications Requirements
ESSENTIAL: A minimum of 2 Standard Grades, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics/Arithmetic at Grade 3 or above or relevant experience
ESSENTIAL: Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
