Located in HMP Castle Huntly, Longforgan, Nr Dundee

To ensure effective delivery of administration services to Castle Huntly’s Offender Outcomes function. Responsible for providing a high standard of customer and administrative services for staff, prisoner visitors & external service providers.

Responsibilities
Liaise with internal and external agencies daily.
Book prisoner appointments, creating appointment letters for internal and external service providers & agents etc. including taking room bookings and co-ordinating catering where required.

Purposeful activity recording for service providers and all Offender Outcomes functions.

Provide general minute taking and secretarial support across the Offender Outcomes function.
Transfer admission information into a Labour Allocation spreadsheet and update PR2 of work party changes and all administrative tasks related to weekly Employability Case Conferences.
Provide ad hoc assistance to the Administration team when required, commensurate with your role and level within the organisation.
